John Falola, Esq.

John began his law practice in 2014. He is both a solo practitioner and works as Of Counsel at Kohrs & Fiske. He has provided long-term contractual services for a major, multinational accounting firm where he specializes in linguistic litigation solutions (French (native); Spanish (fluent); Swedish (fluent); German (fluent); Italian (fluent); Danish (business proficiency); Norwegian (business proficiency); Portuguese (business proficiency); Dutch (business proficiency).

John is a graduate of Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University (JD ’11), Southern Methodist University (MA, Dispute Resolution ’10), and Pepperdine University (BA ’08). In law school, he participated in International Moot Court at the Royal Courts of Justice (UK) and served as a French-English interpreter and translator for ECCC Counsel. He also interned at the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services (JAMS) headquarters in Irvine, California.

John is a lifelong competitive tennis player, a classically trained violinist and pianist, and amateur equestrian. In his free time, John enjoys composing and producing music, traveling, and learning new languages. John is also a published author and ghostwriter who operates a private consulting business for aspiring children’s book authors and publishers. John is licensed to practice in New Mexico.
